Sense Yountville – May 1
So ya like to eat, do ya? Maybe enjoy the occasional glass of vino as well? Do you have a pulse? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then attending Sense Yountville on Saturday May 1st is a must-do event. Hell, the fact you love VinDivine (ok, ok, I’ll settle for ‘sometimes find slightly amusing’) tells me you need to be at this event. And if that’s not enough, we’re gonna be there, kittens. Decked out in full VdV regalia (ok, t-shirts).
Some of the food highlights:
• Chef Michael Chiarello of Bottega (can’t wait to meet him!)
• Chef Richard Reddington from Redd
• Chef Cyndi Pawlcyn from Mustards
• Chef Dave Cruz from Ad Hoc
…plus may other top-notch eateries
I mean, this is seriously good food, party people.
For vino, there’s some well-known and several top-notch smaller producers including:
• Dillon Vineyards
• Dominus Estate
• Hopper Creek
• Charles (we call him Chaz) Krug
• …and lots more
This is gonna be a fun-filled frivolous day of tastings, futures sales, some incredible food, winemaker’s dinners, and bonus – a Kentucky Derby party! Woo Hoo!
Tix are $150 a pop, which really is a good value considering the talent, and the fact they only allow 350 attendees in order to make sure y’all enjoy yourselves to the fullest, and no one runs out of booze! You can buy tix in person at V Wine Cellars, the most kick-ass wine shop in the area, or if you’re one of the privileged few that have access to a PC and internet connection, via the World Wide Web here.
Tell ‘em you heard about it from VinDivine and you’ll get…hmmm…an uncomfortable silence? I dunno, let us know!
